Barre Attack



Barre Attack qualified instructors, Marisa Lawlor and Irene Tan deliver a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness at the barre and using Pilates balls, therabands and weights. It’s a super fun total body workout that will have you pumped up, sweating and hungry for more.

Suitable for beginners to advanced alike, all Just Believe Fit classes start with centering, breath awareness and postural alignment to establish a safe foundation for all exercises. Options are given for different fitness levels to ensure that participants effectively condition the body from the inside out with understanding and confidence.

Marisa is one of a kind, she has an amazing ability to allow everybody to feel part of a group yet connect with them individually to ensure they are experiencing the best kind of work out for them and their needs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, with some laughing.
