Fit Flow Express



A strong but steady paced class that blends Pilates and Yoga into fluid and easy to follow sequences and is accompanied with motivating music. Designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body, this class has many modifications making it suitable for all levels and safe for pre and post natal women.  All classes start with body awareness, breath and postural alignment and end with optional relaxation.



I just feel so much better afterwards. I float out of class!
