 Ever been curious to try yoga but been put off by the thought of contorting your body into painful looking poses? Well we have the solution!!! We are so excited to be offering 4 weeks of no frills, useful yoga where you will learn some simple yet effective movements to help increase your strength and flexibility so that you can continue enjoying the activities you love be it gardening, walking the dog or keeping up with the the youngsters. This class is community focussed and invites students, including those brand new to yoga, to experience a light hearted, fun and practical class that will leave you feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated.
